Frustrated With Tech Support
My PB360 started showing lines on the screen, from top to bottom and from one side to the other. So I sent the device back to be repaired. I wrote up what was going on with the device on a piece of paper and included it in the box. I get it back and all it says is "replaced screws, updated firmware, test". Soon as I seen that I was worried. I turned on the device and there was no lines....for all of 20 seconds and the lines showed up.
Im so damn frustrated. They had my PB360 for two weeks. Now I get to go through the process again for no apparent reason other than they didn't bother to read the piece of paper I included in the box explaining what was wrong with it. Or they just ignored it and assumed I was seeing things.
