I was caught out by the Agency 5 issues several months ago, when I lost 3/4 of my purchased ebooks at Diesel due to new and shiny geographic restriction impositions.

Luckily I did have back ups, but still lost those purchases regardless. (Diesel did compensate though)

As such when I buy an ebook, removal of DRM is the first action I undertake after purchase. I will not be tied via DRM to any one ebook store now.

I also buy a lot of DRM free ebooks from Baen and Smashwords.
