Is is a new piercing? I'm sure you can pick up a new one at your local piercing shop, I've seen them at mall jewelery stands / shops as well. Try not to sleep on that side tonight, or just tape the hoop shut if you are scared that it will slip off while you are sleeping. I've had my tragus pierced for 10 years or so, and I've never changed the hoop.. maybe it's about time, eh!
