Many of us understand that not everyone has a wealth of choices when it comes to getting your books online. Most MR members may want you to consider publishing outside of Amazon, if you haven't already considered it... but will understand if you have considered it, and the options don't work for you. Some of them may even be able to suggest other options that will work.
And some are just die-hard Amazon-haters... don't worry, we try to keep them under control, too!
