DFW traffic has nothing on Chicago traffic. It's actually possible to get to both downtowns without a near death experience.

I was really disturbed when I got home at midnight last night and discovered it, I'm better now that I've gotten a response from BoB telling me what's going on and that it's supposed to be temporary.
I overslept even for me today - Chris got up early to do some work on his computer, but I went back to sleep, so I'm having a hard time getting alert today.
Contemplating our fifth anniversary (this weekend) and planning the honeymoon we haven't taken yet. At the moment looks like we might kill two birds with one stone: The long Amtrak trip we both want to take, coupled with a visit to the kids so I can "meet" my granddaughter. That part of it (the trip) won't be until March or April, but that's fine with me, I'd rather wait until it's a bit warmer (and maybe greener) at the destination (Texas). The only part I'm dreading is renting a car in Dallas and driving out to where my daughter lives (about a hundred miles, through Dallas/Ft. Worth metro traffic). Well, Chris would be the one driving. I'll be sitting in the passenger seat with my eyes closed.
