I've never tried creating a comic book from scratch, however, I've downloaded .rar files and converted them to Kindle in Calibre, so it should be possible.
Try this: Export your images in a form that can be placed into your word processing program, arranging them on the pages the way you want them to look. Save as either a .pdf or .doc (I have better luck with .pdfs), then convert it in Calibre.
