Good to have your new company, Gillian. Hope you soon find a fix for the library problem. I do know that the Philadelphia Free Library (not exactly free because there's a membership charge) is open to non-residents. At least when you've got it cracked, you'll be able to read the books on your Sony whereas Kindlers can't without first (illegally) stripping the DRM software padlock. Good luck and best wishes. Neil
