I think you will have to do more than making this statement to regain some trust from the Pocketbook 302 owners. You will have to put more pressure on the R&D department to deliver:
- A hard date when the beta of the new firmware will be available;
- A hard date when the final version will be available;
- A roadmap on which features will be available in the coming firmware and which features are planned for future updates (including delivery dates).
