well: my rant for today:
the telco company in charge screwed our change from others to them
they managed to communicate the change to the previous one due to what they' ll cut their conn on feb. the 1st.
Unfortunately they screwed the takeover
We still have no new hardware and account data sent.
worst case I'm offline since february until I manage to strighten it out.

BTW I hate hotlines: they put people in ther who have a catalogue of FAQs and can't really do nothing when things go seriously fubar.
For you as a client it means that even yelling at them is pointless, because they neither are themselves nor even know who actually was responsible for the crap having been done.
I'm actually probably always happiest when I am at Rendezvous, or in the field on manuevers. at one time, my then husband was panicked when he gave me full authority to buy a house and property, confessed to me later that he was in fear we would end up on a hundred acres in a teepee. wish I'd thought of that
