Today I put in an on-line order for meats... stuff I can't even get in the import shops. Smoked German bacon, both block and sliced, (Japanese bacon isn't smoked,) Cajun Andouille sausage (I'm too lazy to make them this time and starting to crave Jambalaya, ) a couple of pork shoulder roasts, and a leg of lamb.
