It is for the MH-C204W not the fast charger, (slow charging is better for the
life of your rechargeable batteries). I have the C204W and find it works well.
If you go for this deal you should also order another set of the batteries and
another 4-cell case. (Ordering the case will also reduce the shipping cost,
weird but true.)
