Wrong rendering of captions in "Le Devoir" news feed

Apologies if my question is not applicable to this forum but I am new to "recipe" and was advised to post my problem here.

In "Le Devoir" news source, the title caption below pictures wrongly displays twice. The first occurence is enclosed within double quotes and seems to contain html tags, I believe it should not be present.

Attached is a Kindle 3 Wifi screen capture showing an example.

Can a "recipe" be developed to correct this wrong rendering?

For the record, "Le Devoir" news feed first appeared in Calibre 0.6.35 [22 Jan, 2010] and was further improved in Calibre 0.7.38 [07 Jan, 2011] according to change logs. I currently use Calibre 0.7.43 [28 Jan, 2011]
