I used to go out for lunch every day. that cost around $10 so $4.50 is a nice savings. And I like to get in a lean protein and at least two servings of veggies with my lunch. I have never been a big fan of sandwiches. (shrugs)

My tea costs a lot upfront but when I make a cup or two, in some cases three, it works out to $0.25 a cup. It tastes better then the bagged stuff and is better for me because I get more anti-oxidants, minerals, and vitamins from the loose leaf then the bags.

I guess one persons frugal is expensive for another person.
