What formats are the books you have on Calibre and are they DRM protected?

If your books are non-drmed then it doesn't matter what format they are, you can convert them to match the format of whatever e-reader you buy.

If your books are DRMed then:

If you have a ton of EPubs, the Sony, Nook, or Kobo would work for you. The only 6 inch reader among those without wireless is the Sony. The Nook and Kobo are pretty comprably (sp) priced. The Sony 350 does not have wireless and is a 5 inch screen and is comprably priced with the Kobo and Nook.

If your books are in Mobi then a K3 will be able to read what you have without having to convert.
