Hi elcreative, and thanks for your reply! Could you very quickly list some of those other traps which you mentioned? I know I have a long learning curve ahead of me, but if I keep these concepts in mind while I learn Adobe Reader Pro it might help me.
Concerning issue a) in my original post, I suppose there is no way around that, right?
