Oddly enough, eBooks are virtually unknown here in Korea. I've been trying to play around on my CyBook Gen 3 with Korean Truetype fonts, of which there aren't too many available, so that I could try to download a Korean book for my wife. Then I discovered that there probably aren't any Korean ebooks in Mobipocket format, and maybe not even in any format.
It's a surprise to me since one of the country's best firms, iRiver, announced an eBook reader at CES last year, but so far there's been nothing on the market. Must not be very interesting news here.
