Yesterday I bought a 15.88kg (35lb) bag of dog food, coincidentally on the very same day I measured exactly that amount of weight loss since starting to eat better and be more physical/outdoors (mid-October last year). It's my second major goal, and leaves me 6.7kg (14.8lb) from my ultimate goal.

Unfortunately our bikes are in for their "first service" today, so I can't go riding (we topped just over 500km total travel the day before). We might go for longish walk sarvo though.

Downside: none of my regular pants fit, nor some of my shirts, and that's going to cost me dollars. Upside: the "goal jeans" I've kept for many years now only just fit, but on the "slightly too large" side.

Still a ways to go, but its good to be on the downhill run (or ride).

Cheers,
Marc
