I've always enjoyed the moleskin / book-like cover for Kindles, so I went with
Portenzo and it came in a couple days ago. It's a bit expensive (but I figure that my all my books will quickly exceed the cover cost, so I splurged), and the kindle fits snug with all the buttons and ports easily accessible. It pretty much met all my expectations and then some.
