I often eat goatcheese on dark brown bread with mustard. And I crumble it in my salad. Or on white bread in the oven....grill it a bit.

And I love to go to France, just for the cheese; to the markets, where there are so many different cheeses sold. Last october I was in Paris and near our lodgings (Bastille) there was this big food market and all the fruits, vegetables and what-not nicely arranged. Beautiful.
