Hi all from GadgetGirlJerry
Have been using Calibre for years but am not able to on the new Windows 7 machine. I read the MobileForum post about Calibre not recognizing Kindle 3 on Windows 7 and tried following the directions.

I am not sure where preferences is located to debug the device. I did find Preferences on Calibre and saw Advanced but there is nothing there about debugging the device so maybe I am in the wrong place. Help appreciated.
I can see the Kindle in the Computer area but can't send books there from Calibre.
