I don't know if you are familiar with calibre (
http://calibre-ebook.com). It is an ebook management software that is quite versatile but its features can be used only with DRM free books. So I am trying to compile a list of DRM free ebooks from various sources like smashwords, Baen, bewrite books, carina press and individual authors that contact me or I contact. The idea is to link to this from the calibre page once I have a sizeable collection so calibre users have convenient access to a set of DRM free books. I just started working on it this week and so far I have only a small sample of about 170 books.
