Now are you downloading nookbooks just fine? No questions there? Should be fairly easy and straight forward, especially using their "Shop" App.

Just think of sideloading your books you bought from Kobo like you would synching up your MP3 player from songs you bought from Amazon Mp3 or anything along those line, if you own one. The principles are basically the same.
