One of two dictionaries that come with the Kindle?

It's my understanding that the Kindle series (including the Kindle 3) comes by default with the New Oxford American Dictionary only. You can use a different dictionary with which to look up words, but you have to pay for it as you would any other ebook, whereas the Oxford Dictionary comes preinstalled for free on the device.

I even went to Amazon's page for buying a Kindle for Australia (since your location says Melbourne,) and it says the same thing as what is says for the States: "Never get caught without a dictionary. Kindle includes The New Oxford American Dictionary with over 250,000 entries and definitions, so you can seamlessly look up the definitions of English words without interrupting your reading."
