OK... for the next 10 points and the title of King (or Queen) of Whoknewistan...

There is a creature that lives in the ocean, directly related to the elephant, and can even move its upper lip in a manner similar to the elephant's trunk. Name this creature!

Hint: It's also a vegetarian, just like the elephant!
