I have the TravelFlex and have used it off and on for a while.

Pros:

+ 1 AAA lasts a long time and is cheap and easy to replace
+ Long neck and Bright focused light makes it easy to get good coverage
+ Light won't dim much before battery goes flat (pet peeve)
+ Strong clip holds well

Cons:

- Long neck makes it long -- not as portable as I'd like.
- Bright light is REALLY bright. While it's focused well for an ebook sized screen, the reflected light still lights up the room more than I'd like.
- Clip is long, narrow and doesn't open wide. It clips well to a cover, but not the reader itself.

It's not perfect, but it's a better option than most give credit for.
