No; I've only started using them since I've had a Mobi device - initially the iLiad and now the CyBook.

I guess that's something we all need to make an individual decision about. FictionWise are perfectly open about the terms under which you're buying stuff - it's not as if they're trying to deceive anyone.

As I say, I'm happy with the ToS personally, which is why I buy from them. If you're not, then I appreciate that you'll wish to go elsewhere.

I shall still continue to recommend them to people, however, but certainly people should be aware of the terms of sale.
