I didn't really have a look at the wikipedia files yet, but maybe it would be possible to adapt it so one could go to the words via an index.
I have added TOCs to html files automatically with the Mobipocket Creator, it depends a lot on the html file, though. For most files I had the chapter headers were formatted as a heading (e.g. <h1>, <h2>, etc.). The Mobipocket Creator can automatically insert a TOC based on all <h2>-Tags, e.g. Worked like a charm as long as the html was formatted cleanly and headings not used to emphasize certain words/sentences in the middle of the chapter as some people do.
So if the words in those wikipedia files are formatted with a unique tag (any will do, doesn't have to be a <h1>), it would be possible to generate a TOC. Given the large number of words one would have to add links for the 26 letters manually otherwise the TOC alone would take ages to page through, but that sounds moderately hard to do (it is possible to manually change the files Mobipocket Creator creates and after that generate the .prc.
Likewise it is possible to add pictures and other stuff to a book, although pictures (haven't tried anything else yet) always seem to get added at the end, no matter where I position them in Creator and they are not listed in the GoTo-Section (even though Creator says they would). This is, btw, not a Cybook issue, I have the same behaviour on my PC version of the Mobipocket Reader.
