While I agree that MAC address filtering may be easier than configuring WPA or WEP, don't be fooled into thinking for one second that MAC address filtering alone is anywhere near being "secure."

But if you're not all that concerned about the security of your wireless network, yeah, it's a fairly easy configuration.
