The firmware is developed in Russia and I think there are a few possibilities:
- All priority is given to the new devices, leaving the PB302 at the bottom of the stack.
- The developers are working hard, but the firmware code is such a mess they can't deliver it on schedule.
- The new PB302 firmware is ready, being tested and will be provided to us within a week.
Options 1 and 2 are equally bad, they both result in no effective support for the PB302.
Option 3 is getting more and more unrealistic by the day, since we don't get a decent replies from PocketBook. Remember that their representatives on this forum are sales persons, not support engineers...
