There are all kinds of dictionaries available for the Kindle. I imagine the same is true for Sony.

On the Kindle, it's a simple task to change the default dictionary.

Edit: It appears that diamante is correct. The Sony does not allow additional dictionaries by default. I'm surprised to learn that since the Sony is so capable.
