As I assumed that you know what you're talking about
I was looking into my global.cfg file (full with hope of getting rid of this annoying request to register). I did find ask4licence=0, too, but nevertheless I'm asked again and again.
But this is such a crazy device that I'm quite sure that this setting will work on other people's devices.
