cybmole is 100% right regarding the stickies. I've never read most of them, because they're just too huge. If I need to know something I search for it, which doesn't require adhesion. Reference-type stickies should be locked, and updated only by a designated thread keeper (a forum mod) so that the information in them can be found and they don't grow out of control.
