No we don't You cannot possible compare a wiki which is edited in situ, with the current process of updating the manual which requires the rst files to be checked out, edited without breaking the rst format, checked in , updated, rinse and repeat. For a contributor to get involved this is cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated and which, I'm guessing, leads in part to the fact that the manuals are *not* kept up to date.
