Me too. I swapped reading on my notebook before bed with reading my 650, and I found that my shoulder and neck strain (day+night in front of a computer) went away.
I wrap my hand around the back of the device, and flip pages with my thumb. If I were to pinch it as I gather others do, and as I used to hold novels, I would expect problems as described.
One of the main reasons I bought the 650 was the touch screen - I suspect clicking every page will also lead to RSI problems for many avid ereaders.
