ltr, that is once each for us and jorgej seems to be having it frequently.
I'm now wondering if the Kobo Wi Fi models don't muff the shutdown procedure every once in awhile causing these problems. The more times you turn it on/off the more your chances of muffing the shutdown.
I cycle mine on and off about 3-5 times during the day (an average and a guess) and I have had the improper shutdown about every 2-4 days as a result. (I got the Kobo in mid DEC, and I can remember 5-6 of these events off the top of my head).
