I have the same problem as raffdoc. Calibre nicely did the convert (thank you!!!), and I can view the index of my book, but beyond that there are just hundreds of blank pages with no content. I have tried the linearise tables option (mentioned in previous posts), but this did not improve matters. I look forward to hearing from someone soon!
