Sure, I accept that the problem is somewhere in my wife's profile. My question is, is there some way to pinpoint
where the problem lies? I would think that maybe Adobe could at least show me what to look--a missing registry entry perhaps?
I apologize if I come across as adobe bashing. I know it's just some technical little problem, but it's very frustrating. My wife resisted the e-book phenomenon for some time, holding to the "feel of a physical book" argument, and when she finally dips her toe into the e-book waters, she gets bogged down with a glitch brought on by DRM. It's all very frustrating.
I appreciate everyone's input and advice, and I want everyone to know that I find this site to be an invaluable resource, despite my whining.
