Singapore allows 4 books at a time. Free Library of Philadelphia allows 10. My local library allows 4. Anyone know of a library where outsiders can buy a card, that has a huge selection of ePubs, and that allows 10 or more at once? The more at once, the less hassle, probably making a fee worth it in the long run.
