Presumably, "... sometimes its just "hang on" in sleep mode ..." means that it remains, or stays, in sleep mode, and cannot be woken by operating the slide switch.

I turned off entering in sleep mode in preferences, and yes its stays in sleep mode and cannot be woken by operating slide switch ( yes i tried slide it with diffrent speeds) only reset button or reset button+USB to PC helps

Yes after i pressed reset and slide switch its started.
And no i'm not tried hard reset yet.
