I'm really unhappy with my Sony 950. Is there an A-Z tutorial somewhere? The Sony tutorials stink.The user manual loaded on the ereader is difficult to use.

The WI-Fi disconnects frequently. Lots of error messages. Screen does not orient to landscape while on internet, so much of the page is cut off.
I misspelled a word on the URL input address page and could not delete the word. It took a while to find the "keyboard" setting. I had to delete the keyboard history, which then wiped out all words added to the URL input address page. The Sony tutorials say that downloading from the internet is possible but I'm not finding that to be the case. There's so much more.
Please help.
