Yes, it depends on the individual titles. Some are cheaper in the UK store and others are cheaper in the US store. I haven't quite figured out how it works, but it pays to price compare before buying.
Also the 10% discount is subtracted at the end of the process (it doesn't show the lower prices in the basket) so be sure to compare the prices after subtracting 10%.
