Sony hardware is the tops, Flygirl. Sony software ain't. I dumped it a couple of years ago and now buy or download from wherever I like. Calibre is your friend -- and your hardware is flexible. You've made a good choice of reader, but it'll take some getting used to before your absolutely comfortable. The only trick is patience ... oh, and a good, solid mains charge rather than relying on USB to your PC or laptop. Good luck and best wishes. Neil
