I remember there is some limitation regarding total size of all such applicatons. I had some issues developing virtual keyboard. I was not able to put it into the same directory like other applications (dictionary and so on). I had to put some applications into separate "line of compilation".
Unfortunatelly I do not remember details, I did not do anything with PRS for long time - too much work
