Perhaps blended to local tastes or requirements? I know that a lot of food manufacturers do that. The "Jones Brown and Serve Sausage" sold in Japan has almost no spices in it, while the US version has a lot of sage and some red and black pepper. McDonalds in Singapore and Malaysia sell their breakfast sausage made from chicken rather than from pork for local consumption.

Interesting to see that Amazon sells so many different types of Ahmad tea. My shop here only has four different in the loose tea. Also interesting to note that Amazon doesn't sell Ahmad English Breakfast tea as loose leaf tea in the Edwardian tin, only tea bags! The one I bought was loose leaf, but in the same tin . And did you notice... it was THREE tins for $19.73! To me, that is really cheap!

Unfortunately, Amazon then goes on to say;
Shipping: This item can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states.

I found Ahmad's at Amazon for what I would consider very reasonable prices. They seem to like to sell it in bulk, though.
I only buy in bulk, once I find a tea that I like. I drink so damn much of the stuff that bulk buying, besides being a lot cheaper, saves the hassle of re-ordering.

And speaking of which, I'm downing a mug of China Black as I type. I order it from McNultey's Tea and Coffee in NYC in 8oz packs, turn 2oz into teabags, and 'vacuum-seal' up the other 6oz until needed. Quite often drinking the straight, unblended black teas can really give a jolt!
