Thanks Natasha! Do I understand correctly that you can't put individual songs, only albums? Is that why they won't transfer and show "protected"?

Also, if you use ADE or Calibre do you still need to go trough the Reader program or can you use those to download instead. I am trying to find a way to use my Macbook (64 bit!) an wonder if it's just the computer software that won't work. Sorry if that's a really dumb one - I'm obviously not a computer geek.
