I had a cat that liked raw garlic. She had a chronic sinus condition medication could not fully alleviate, and I suspected she liked raw garlic because it was one of the few things she could actually smell.

Overall, my experience was that male cats were more exclusively carnivores, but female cats were carbo-cats with a broader palette. "D'Oh! Donuts!"
