I can't remember which one I stepped into the soup first but it was the wrong one I ended up on my knees in the mud and was filthy before i started. So which one do you recommend?
I kept having this dilemma last week when I was trying to step out on ice! I thought I would have a better chance of gaining, or maintaining, my balance if I stepped first with (choose one) (1) my weaker leg/bad knee, or (2) my stronger leg. Turned out it didn't matter -- I STILL couldn't do it!
