Good to have your company, Dan. Quite often that price anomaly is down to retail discounting hardback and paperback. My feeling is that those retail loss-leaders are maybe meant as pay-back to those (larger) publishers who adopted a thing called the Agency Five model for digital sales, which retail detests because it denies them the right to discount ebooks.
