I prefer holding my Nook to my Kindle3. I have problems with hitting buttons, keys & the page turn on the Kindle even with a cover on. And I do not have large hands. I do find my hands tire faster with the Kindle. BUT I do like the lightness of the Kindle. The Nook is a bit heavier for sure.
