Just wanted to say howdy. I just got my ereader yesterday I have a kindle 3. My first impression with sony customer service is mixed. I was miss informed that it could do mp3 playback. Called customer support and asked if it could do that.

The first person I talked to was really rude and treated me like I was a idiot. He told me there should be a headphone jack. Told him I didn't see one. He Told me that he couldn't help me and to call sears where I purchased it.

Talked to sears and they didn't know and told me to call sony back.

Called Sony the lady told me yes It could do mp3 playback. Then she did some more research and came back and told me it can't. Ugh!!! Sorry I just had to vent.
